Most people know about the term "Globalization", but they are not really aware about it

The Globalization increase connectivity that is essencialy raising political borders
Interviews on the effect of globalization on individuals.
Globalization affects on individuals in all different ways but sometimes they are not aware of those effects
Interviews on how globalization has affected small and local businesses.
In general, small and local businesses haven't been affected by Globalization. They say they do all they can do it about their own bussiness
Advantages of Globalization
goods and people are transported with more easiness and speed
free trade between countries increases
as the cultural barriers reduce, the global village dream becomes more realistic
the interdependence of the nation-states increases
enhancement in the information flow between geographically remote locations
the global common market has a freedom of exchange of goods and capital
worldwide financial markets emerge
multiculturalism spreads as there is individual access to cultural diversity. This diversity decreases due to hybridization or assimilation
international travel and tourism increases
local consumer products are exported to other countries
immigration between countries increases
free trade zones are formed having less or no tariffs
due to development of containerization for ocean shipping, the transportation costs are reduced
Disadvantages of Globalization
reduces the diversity of domestic economies and hence their ability to provide such goods themselves
increased flow of skilled and non-skilled jobs from developed to developing nations as corporations seek out the cheapest labor
greater chance of reactions for globalization being violent in an attempt to preserve cultural heritage
greater risk of diseases being transported unintentionally between nations
international bodies like the World Trade Organization infringe on national and individual sovereignty
increase in the chances of civil war within developing countries and open war between developing countries as they vie for resources
decreases in environmental integrity as polluting corporations take advantage of weak regulatory rules in developing countries
